About Me: North Texas Supported Employment Specialist

For over 18 years, Morisa Myrick has worked in the non-profit sector and in local school districts, creating opportunities for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities to obtain meaningful employment. With extensive experience developing and implementing group training programs and neurodiversity internships, Morisa provides disability etiquette and education to both the community and corporate partners. Morisa is Director of Ability@Work, an employment service provider.

Morisa has seen the power of work to change lives and cultivate confidence in people with disabilities, and dedicates each day to empowering for independence.
